Refund policy

Plans:- No refunds on downloaded plans, the cost of the plans may be deducted from kit purchases within 12 mths.

Kits:-   Returns accepted within 14 days of shipping, and goods must be in original condition subject to inspection, refund minus 10% restocking fee, the customer pays return shipping email to request a return authorization.
